A few commonly asked questions:
- Is there any network or local configuration required?
Answer:
In all cases the only configuration on your local computer is to
Allow Pop-ups from the site. It is helpful to enable cookies but
not required
- Do I need to activate the alerts
each day?
Answer:
There is no action required to start the alert system each day. Once you have configured the system for Alerts all you need to do is login each day.
- Does my log-in expire?
Answer:
Yes. After 30 days without logging in your access will be
suspended. To be re-activated please call or e-mail support at the
contact info supplied above.
- Can I share my log-in?
Answer:
No. Every log-in is restricted to a single concurrent use. If you
will be changing location during the day please remember to
log-off by clicking on the log-off link on the top center of the
page. If you fail to do so you will be required to contact support
to gain access from another location.
- Why can't I access the system?
Answer:
In most cases it is due to an expired log-in or failure to log-off
when changing location both of which are discussed above. You may also be
denied access if your computer has problems or if you clear the
cookies with out logging off first. In any case contact support and you
will be back up quickly.
